Congressman Jim McGovern (D-MA3) officially announced today that Meghan Murray, a student at Bishop Feehan High School in Attleboro, is the winner of the 2011 Congressional Art Competition for Massachusetts' Third Congressional District. McGovern will host Murray and other winners at a reception on Friday, June 10th at his Worcester office, featuring the winning pieces.
