Congressman Jim McGovern meets with Secretary of Transportation LaHood

U.S. Rep. Jim McGovern (D-MA) today met with U.S. Secretary of Transportation Ray LaHood in the Congressman's Washington, DC office.

Rep. McGovern and Secretary LaHood discussed a wide range of transportation issues of importance to the 3rd District, including the upcoming reauthorization of the highway bill.

-Secretary LaHood and I had a great meeting,- Rep. McGovern said. -I appreciate the opportunity to discuss with him the many transportation challenges - and opportunities - we have in Massachusetts.-
