-I welcome today's historic Supreme Court rulings that reaffirm the fundamental American right of equal protection under the law. I am especially proud to be from Massachusetts, which led the way in marriage equality. As the Court ruled today, the federal government has no business discriminating against couples who are legally married in their own states. We must now continue to work to ensure that committed loving couples - no matter where they live - can enjoy the rights and responsibilities of marriage.-
